Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of defined work‑streams within the Markets Operations AI Transformation Programme, from mobilisation through to scaled rollout and benefits realisation.
- Work includes Customer query AI delivery, controls automation, agentic and low‑code business process automation, and redesign of customer reporting through modern alternative technologies.
- Maintain integrated delivery plans covering AI, automation, operating‑model change and controls, ensuring dependencies across work‑streams are actively managed.
- Track progress against milestones, risks, issues, and benefits, escalating decisively where delivery, resilience or regulatory outcomes are at risk.
- Manage cost effectively.
