Responsibilities
- The PMO Lead plays a critical role in driving governance, risk management, and delivery excellence across the Risk Intelligence Engineering portfolio
- This role partners closely with Portfolio, Programme, and Project Managers to ensure robust oversight of delivery performance, resource optimisation, financial control, and adherence to LSEG Group standards
- The role provides visibility of portfolio health, supports strategic decision-making, and ensures consistent implementation of best practices across project delivery
• Portfolio Governance & Risk Management
- Partner with Portfolio, Programme, and Project Managers to identify, assess, and actively manage risks across multiple key portfolios
- Ensure compliance with LSEG Group standards for governance, risk management, and delivery controls
- Drive proactive risk mitigation strategies and escalates critical issues where required
• Portfolio Planning & Resource Management
- Track and manage the portfolio pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date visibility of demand and supply
- Enable effective workforce planning and resource optimisation across the portfolio
- Support prioritisation decisions by aligning resource capacity with strategic objectives
• Performance & Reporting
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of high-quality portfolio status reports

- Oversee the work of 3 PMO Analysts, including hiring and onboarding
- Support capability development through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing

Qualifications
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Leadership experience, including mentoring or managing delivery professionals
- Proven ability to manage portfolio-level governance, risk, and reporting frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in implementing change and driving process improvements
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
