Market Structure & Stakeholder Engagement

Translate market model changes (tick sizes, auction mechanics, order types) into technical delivery plans. Act as a technical point of contact for member firms on platform capabilities and behaviour. Own detailed technical product requirements, including:

  • Sequencing and deterministic processing rules
  • Performance and capacity targets
  • Failure and recovery scenarios

Partner with engineering teams to deliver changes through:

  • Design reviews
  • Incremental releases
  • Full market rehearsals and testing cycles

Ensure change delivery meets strict governance and release controls. Define and enforce standards for:
