We are seeking a high-performing and collaborative leader to join the team as a Senior Strategy Manager. This role is responsible for driving high-profile strategic initiatives across the LSEG Data & Analytics division. This is a high visibility role, requiring interaction with C-level executives and extensive collaboration with a broad range of leaders across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a portfolio of central initiatives and reviews on topics that are either transversal and Product & Community in nature or focused within one business area but of material strategic importance to D&A, benefiting from independent assessment and in some cases the engagement of external stakeholders.
- Drive these initiatives and reviews with the sponsorship of D&A Leadership Team members and in partnership with leaders across LSEG's businesses and functions.
- Conduct reviews of market trends, emerging technologies and evolving competitive dynamics, informed by internal LSEG subject matter experts and external (primary and secondary) research.
- Develop actionable strategies in close partnership with project sponsors and ensure clear accountability within the business for execution.
- Prepare executive briefings and cases for investment.
- Build strong working relationships with LSEG's divisional and functional leaders.
- Cultivate and draw on relationships with external advisors and consultants.
