You’ll enable engineering teams to focus on delivery by driving operational excellence, financial discipline, and strategic alignment. Own the operating model – establish leadership cadence, governance frameworks, and executive reporting. Lead financial strategy in partnership with Finance – budgeting, forecasting, cost optimisation, and vendor/commercial oversight. Shape workforce strategy – headcount planning, location strategy, and organisational design. Drive performance – define KPIs and deliver continuous improvement across processes and tooling.
