We are hiring a Marketing Manager to join the Digital & Securities Markets (DSM) business marketing team, with a primary focus on the London Stock Exchange including Equity, Fixed Income, Funds and Issuer Services. This is a high-impact role with clear ownership of shaping and delivering go-to-market strategies across the exchange.
Responsibilities:
- Work hand in hand with the marketing team and the business on all areas of the marketing mix including events, partnerships, content, channel strategy, amplification and messaging.
- Own the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to promote key initiatives, products and services, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the business and CAM to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful campaign delivery.
- Ideate and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, client engagement and commercial outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution, including content creation, stakeholder approvals, media planning, performance tracking and post-campaign analysis.
- Champion innovation and thought leadership, identifying new opportunities to elevate the London Stock Exchange’s brand presence and influence within the global financial community.
- Share best practice across the business and CAM.
Qualifications:
- Conversant and/or willing to learn Adobe Suite, Workfront, Eloqua, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, MS Office and SalesForce.
- Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on findings.
- 5+ years proven experience in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated experience effectively influencing both business and marketing partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance or related fields.
- Interest in capital markets and how the London Stock Exchange contributes to the financial ecosystem.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy and initiative.
- High levels of resilience and self-motivation; composure under pressure and a solution-orientated mindset.
- Function as a collaborative partner, self-starting, ambitious spirit and an international approach that always puts the member and the client at the centre of the experience.
- Solution oriented and ability to navigate ambiguity when developing marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable writing copy for social media and email communications.
