Client Market Operations provides a range of customer and operational services across the London Stock Exchange Group. The core services provided by the department are: Technical Account Management, onboarding, software certification, client support and market operations services.
The Technical Account Management Team handle relationships with the technical contacts at member firms, software providers and data vendors. The team is responsible for technical onboarding, attending face-to-face customer meetings, technical consultations, functional support, client readiness and act as a liaison between the client and internal teams. The team provides support for the following markets and services: London Stock Exchange, Turquoise, TRADEcho, Group Ticker Plant (GTP) and RNS Data Feed products.
Key responsibilities
- Be responsible for all aspects of the technical relationship with a set of named accounts.
- Provide functional support, technical advice and project information to new customers and existing customers during product and system upgrades and changes.
- Understand the impact that proposed product and system changes will have on client systems and feed this back to the internal teams.
- Identify all client readiness activities for assigned projects and act as the client-facing Technical Lead.
- Liaise with software development, project management, network support and business teams within each account during the onboarding of new systems and development of existing systems and market migrations.
