We are seeking a high-performing and highly collaborative individual to be a Strategy Manager in the team. This role is responsible for a diverse set of strategy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive/support a portfolio of projects led by the Head of Corporate Strategy and/or any of the Directors and Senior Strategy Managers in the Corporate Strategy team, partnering with leaders across LSEG's business and functions.
Key Skills and Experience
- Thought partnership and problem-solving: Critical thinking and ability to tackle complex problems in a structured manner.
- Corporate strategy development: Experience of conducting market and competitive landscape assessments; Ability to develop clear and pragmatic recommendations and plans; Experience of commercial due diligence a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communications skills; Experience of preparing executive briefings.
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing: Ability to reach across LSEG to bring the right expertise and diversity of perspectives together based on context and business need; Ability to build, contribute and develop relationships with key partners and represent the Corporate Strategy function.
- Project management: Excellent rigor in planning and coordinating activities to achieve desired outcomes within clearly defined timeframes and standards.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the LSEG Corporate Strategy and previous experience in strategy consulting / in-house strategy roles or corporate development. Experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: financial market infrastructure, financial services data, AI, B2B data and analytics businesses, technology transformation, platform business models, big data and cloud.
