Working closely with product owners, Streamlit engineers, and Snowflake architects, you will develop robust data models and performant queries to power real-time insights into headcount, cost, and efficiency. Your work will directly craft how our organisation plans, transforms, and supervises its workforce and investment strategy.
What You'll Do
- Design and optimise Snowflake data pipelines to support complex scenario planning and financial modelling use cases.

- Translate business requirements into reusable Snowflake SQL logic to support visualisation and drill-through capabilities in Streamlit.
- Collaborate with the front-end Streamlit team to ensure efficient data access patterns.
- Work with partners across finance, HR, and engineering to iterate on cost models, role structures, and forecasting logic.
- Leverage Snowflake Cortex to embed natural language querying across the app.
- Ensure data security and compliance through thoughtful schema design and access control (including row-level security).

- Validated experience delivering Snowflake-based solutions in a production setting.
- Strong SQL skills and deep understanding of analytical query design and performance tuning.
- Experience building flexible, modular data models that support scenario planning or forecast simulations.
- Familiarity with tools like dbt, Streamlit, or Python is a strong plus.
- Understanding of workforce data (e.g., headcount, contractors, costs, grades) is helpful.
- Ability to work well with both technical and non-technical partners.
- A proactive demeanor - you donβt just address problems, you anticipate them.
What We Offer
- A high-impact, hands-on role crafting a strategic internal product.
- A collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Flexible working environment!
- Opportunity to work with the latest in AI and analytics tooling, including Snowflake Cortex.
