Overview
LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) is a global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
We seek to enable secure, scalable, and governed AI expansion across LSEG product portfolios by building a foundational AI Core Platform.
The Senior Product Manager – AI Core Platform will define and drive strategy, roadmap, and delivery of platform capabilities to empower engineering teams to rapidly build AI-powered products on a common enterprise platform and to deliver a market-leading AI experience for LSEG’s customers.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for LSEG's AI Core Platform.
- Own product direction for enterprise AI platform capabilities including AI Gateway, MCP SDK, IAM, orchestration, scale and shared platform services.
- Partner with Engineering to deliver secure, scalable and highly available platform capabilities.
- Establish platform standards, APIs and reusable services that accelerate AI product development across LSEG.
- Drive enterprise adoption of common AI infrastructure and developer tooling.
- Collaborate with Security, Architecture, Governance and Risk teams to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and Responsible AI standards.
- Work with product teams across LSEG to understand platform requirements and prioritise roadmap investments.
- Define success metrics and monitor platform adoption, operational performance and developer experience.
- Engage with strategic technology partners and cloud providers to shape platform capabilities and leverage emerging AI technologies.
- Contribute to LSEG's long-term Enterprise AI strategy by delivering foundational capabilities that support innovation at scale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of AI platforms, LLM ecosystems, MCP Servers, API gateways, orchestration frameworks and enterprise security.
- Significant experience in Product Management, Platform Product Management or Developer Platform products.
- Experience delivering enterprise software platforms, APIs or cloud-native services.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Preferred: Exposure to financial data, analytics systems and enterprise-scale data workflows.
- Familiarity with BI tools, metrics stores, distributed tracing and monitoring stacks.
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and establish group-wide standards.
- Experience working within large-scale, regulated technology environments is preferred.
