We are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to join the Digital & Securities Markets (DSM) business, with a primary focus on Trading Venues and Data propositions. This is a senior, high‐impact role with clear ownership of shaping and delivering go‐to‐market strategies across Equities Trading and Data & Related Services.

As part of the DSM Business Marketing team, the role supports propositions under both the London Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange Group brands. The successful candidate will act as the marketing owner for their portfolio — translating business strategy into clear, compelling, and commercially focused marketing plans that drive growth.

This role is a critical connector between Product, Sales and central marketing teams (including web, social and studios), ensuring marketing activity is tightly aligned to DSM priorities and accomplished with pace, clarity and impact.

We are looking for a senior marketing professional with experience leading multi‐channel strategies for data, technology or market infrastructure solutions, able to engage confidently with senior internal partners and deliver marketing that resonates across global financial communities.

Purpose of the role
  • Be the voice of our marketplace and our customers: Build and deliver global go‐to‐market strategies for Trading Venues and Data propositions, defining target audiences, campaign narratives and thought leadership aligned to LSEG’s strategic priorities.
  • Partner closely with Product teams to support growth and launch plans, shaping value propositions, packaging and messaging, and owning the content strategy across the buyer and influencer journey.
  • Champion customer‐centric thinking, using insight and performance data to continuously improve how audiences discover, evaluate and engage with our solutions.
Translate strategy into opportunity
  • Own the development of end‐to‐end marketing plans for your portfolio, setting clear objectives across awareness, engagement, pipeline and retention.
  • Lead execution by coordinating across marketing and business teams to deliver high‐quality campaigns and content across owned, earned and paid channels in global markets.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance — including market context, messaging effectiveness, KPIs and channel efficiency — using insight to inform optimisation and future planning.
What you'll bring
  • Extensive B2B marketing experience in financial services with focus on product or solutions marketing, and experience shaping strong value propositions with business and product teams.
  • Set clear expectations for how marketing contributes to business results, partnering with the business and contributing marketing functions to define return on investment standards and review performance quarterly. Adjust plans based on findings to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively across teams, quickly understanding needs and helping mobilise people and resources to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of financial markets and the data used across multi‐asset trading.
  • Work confidently across geographically dispersed teams, building alignment and shared momentum.
  • Hands on experience and proficiency with prominent LLMs to amplify marketing workflow and/or marketing execution.
