This position is within Acadia. Acadia is wholly owned by LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) and operates within the Post Trade division. Work within the Acadia Product Management Team, who translate product strategy into delivered products across the complete Acadia Product Suite!

Define business requirements for Acadia’s products, lead business requirement reviews and run sprint planning, and answer developer and QA questions. Produce low-fidelity user interface wireframes and work with UX/UI to turn them into high-fidelity mockups or working prototypes.

Role Responsibilities
  • Perform analysis to identify problem space and needs.
  • Story creation covering intended user role, user need, benefit of solving need, acceptance criteria and appropriate artefacts to best describe problem to developers (including decision trees, sequence diagrams, flow diagrams, Low Fidelity UI mock-ups, API models).
  • Sign off that development complete requirements meet acceptance criteria.
  • Document new features within our Documentation Portal and for consumption by our Chatbot.
Experience and Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Systems Analysis.
  • 10+ years Fintech or working for Financial Institutions in Collateral, Operations, Settlement, Onboarding, or Risk area.
  • Preference for product experience including Repo, Sec Lending, Cleared and Uncleared Derivatives, and knowledge of Uncleared Margin Rules (UMR) and Risk Management.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in tools like Postman to carry out API interaction.
  • Know the best way to use Microsoft Office to analyse requirements and produce compelling artefacts.
  • Use Jira to compose requirements, run sprints and track progress.
  • Microsoft Teams for interacting with colleagues and clients.
  • Wireframing and conceptualisation using Lucid, Figma, Adobe XD, and/or Balsamiq.
  • Query writing for SQL + No SQL Databases.
  • Understanding of Microservices, API and Event based architectures.
Personal Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
