ROLE SUMMARY:
We are seeking a seasoned IAM Architect to join our dynamic team, delivering flexible Identity and Access Management solutions that support the evolving needs of the organisation.
This is a permanent position that plays a critical role in ensuring IAM services are designed in alignment with enterprise architecture, security frameworks, and IAM policies and standards.
As an IAM Architect, you will collaborate closely with other Security Architects, Engineers and business stakeholders to drive innovation, shape strategy, and design integrated identity solutions that are secure, scalable, and future-ready.
WHAT YOU\’LL BE DOING:

  • Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to embed IAM capabilities into business-as-usual operations and mitigate cyber threats through expert guidance.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor on IAM and security domains, producing knowledge-sharing materials and developing solutions to address emerging risks.
  • Tool Evaluation & Deployment: Assess, recommend, and lead the deployment of IAM tools and technologies to improve security posture.
  • Solution Design: Translate complex business and technical requirements into robust IAM architectures and provide recommendations that align with strategic goals.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance IAM capabilities.
  • Governance & Assurance: Ensure adherence to technical governance models and design assurance processes across all IAM initiatives.
  • Documentation & Roadmapping: Maintain architectural artefacts, including solution designs and patterns, and contribute to the ongoing development of the IAM roadmap.

WHAT YOU\’LL BRING:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions.
  • Proven expertise with key IAM technologies, including:
    • Identity Governance and Administration Platforms.
    • Privileged Access Management.
    • Directory & Authentication Services: Active Directory, Entra ID, Modern Authentication
  • Experience designing IAM solutions for cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain complex systems/principles to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a global, distributed team.
