We are looking for a senior Delivery Lead to join the Product Engineering Risk Technology team organisation based in the UK. The role will report into the Senior Delivery Manager and lead all aspects of the technical delivery of large-scale transformation programs, ensuring alignment between technology and business strategy.
It is encouraged that the candidate will have experience handling the deliverables and dependencies of multiple development teams, ensuring that the scope of each project/programme is clearly understood by all involved parties, driving governance forums to ensure base-lining of scope and change control.
- Planning the activities required to deliver against the product roadmaps; this includes understanding technical interdependencies and working with tools such as JIRA.
- Proactively identifying Risks, Issues, Dependencies, Assumptions, detailing them and proactively resolving or mitigating them.
- Ensure all impacts of dependencies are addressed in the overall project plan.
- Effectively work across the organization to ensure all dependent teams are aligned with the project plans and schedules.
- Good judgment using influencing skills to demonstrate business benefits and to ensure the decision is fully understood and accepted.
- Reporting status weekly (or more frequently as the need arises) with high quality well written updates.
- Effective engagement with partners across the organisation and vertically within Technology to ensure consistent communication.

- Validated experience of working in a software delivery role.
- Partner engagement experience.
- Experience of working in a sophisticated, high-paced environment with a distributed team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
