We are seeking a dynamic and thorough Business Analyst with Delivery Lead/Scrum Master capabilities to join our team working on a Salesforce ISV partner application - World Check Customer Risk Screener. This blended role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business analysis, agile delivery, and technical integration, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical execution, ensuring smooth API integrations, partner collaboration, and agile delivery of features that improve customer risk screening capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-impact Salesforce ISV app used by global clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, document, and refine business requirements for improvements to the World Check Customer Risk Screener app.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Analyse and document API integration requirements between Salesforce and external systems.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, QA and partner teams to ensure technical feasibility and ensure solutions align with standard process.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Salesforce ISV standards and security protocols.
- Maintain public documentation.
Delivery Lead/Scrum Master Duties
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Remove blockers and develop a culture of continuous improvement within the delivery team.
- Track sprint progress, manage Jira boards, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Liaise with Product Managers and Partnership Managers to coordinate roadmap alignment, feature releases, and integration testing.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst in a Salesforce environment, ideally with ISV or AppExchange products.
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and API capabilities including development with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows.
- Good understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, integration patterns, and working with external data sources.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Salesforce and Postman or similar API tools.
- Superb communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst).
- Hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master or agile.
- Familiarity with screening, compliance, or financial services domains and the handling of PII data.
- Experience working with risk intelligence platforms such as World‑Check One.
