LSEG is building a truly product-led, customer-centric People Insights capability. As Senior Manager, People Insights Business Intelligence Lead, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our Business Intelligence products - setting strategy, driving implementation, adoption, maintenance and leading a high-impact analytics squad. You will transform raw workforce data into actionable insight products that inform leaders across LSEG.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product ownership: Define and execute the roadmap for all People Insights dashboards, from concept to retirement. Run backlog, sprint and release ceremonies; embed product rituals (north-star metrics, user research, A/B testing).
- Customer-centric design: Partner with People, Finance, Risk, Operations and business-line leaders to surface requirements and translate them into intuitive insights products. Champion clean UI/UX, clear documentation and self-service enablement.
- Team leadership: Lead, coach and develop a small team of Power BI developers, driving high performance, experimentation and continuous learning. Set performance goals and create growth paths for each team member.
- Technical ownership & scaling: Oversee data modelling pipelines and DevOps for Power BI workspaces through Alteryx and PowerQuery. Collaborate with Corporate Data Engineering, Data Governance, and wider group stakeholders to integrate critical sources (Workday, Snowflake, Viva Insights, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Measurement & governance: Define KPIs for adoption, performance and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with GDPR, Group data privacy requirements, and EDI-reporting standards.
Required Experience:
- Experience: Significant experience in BI/analytics, with specific focus on people or workforce data. Demonstrated ownership of enterprise-scale Power BI (or comparable) platforms. Experience in agile product-management methodology.
- Technical Capabilities: Expert in Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, Alteryx. Experience in SQL; and familiarity with Workday, Snowflake, and other People Analytics platforms (Visier, OneModel, Crunchr etc). Additional experience with Viva Insights, Python/R, data-catalogue or MDM tooling would be a plus. Relentlessly customer-focused, data-driven and outcome-oriented.
