Overview
In this role you act as the main technical contact for LSEG customers, guiding onboarding, connectivity, readiness and ongoing service adoption. You will partner with member firms, software providers and data vendors to support market, product and system changes and ensure configurations enable success. You’ll collaborate across Product, Technology, Operations and Client Services to deliver excellent customer experience and coordinate technical consultations and readiness activities. This position offers growth in specialist knowledge of financial markets, trading technologies and technical relationship management.

Responsibilities
- Support onboarding, readiness and ongoing support for member firms, data vendors and independent software vendors
- Provide functional and technical guidance and manage inquiries to ensure timely SLAs
- Coordinate onboarding, connectivity, testing, certification and readiness activities
- Produce customer-facing communications and documentation (guidance, readiness materials, project briefings)
- Gather and communicate customer metrics (connectivity, latency, gateway utilisation, platform performance)
- Build relationships with customers and internal teams, manage project/readiness trackers and support engagements through project lifecycles
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Project Management, Network and Support teams to implement market, system and regulatory changes, maintain knowledge repositories, support testing and enablement, participate in meetings and events
Key requirements
- Knowledge of financial markets (Equities, Exchange Trading, Market Data or Post Trade services)
- Experience in a client-facing technical role (Technical Account Management, Client Services, Technical Support or Customer Success)
- Understanding of electronic trading technologies, connectivity and FIX Protocol
- Experience supporting onboarding, certification, testing or readiness in financial services
- Degree qualified or equivalent in IT, Business, Engineering or related discipline
- Customer-facing relationship building
