We're looking for a hands-on Senior Technical Lead to help modernise and scale this platform — a cloud-native, low-latency system that operates at global scale and underpins critical investment products used worldwide. You'll lead through architecture, engineering quality, and delivery — designing resilient, event-driven systems, shaping technical direction, and raising standards across the team. Design and build real-time, event-driven systems that calculate and distribute index data with low latency and high reliability. Own platform architecture and engineering quality, leading through hands-on delivery, code review, and clear technical direction. Define and evolve data models and pipelines for market and reference data, with strong focus on accuracy, auditability, and control.
