ROLE PROFILE: The Senior Manager, People Transformation (Product-led) will lead critical people transformation deliverables that enable the organisation’s shift to a customer-centric, product-led operating model. The role will translate programme strategy into practical adoption across the People workstream, spanning role & team definition, ways of working, accountability and performance, people and product hierarchy data, talent and workforce planning, capability development, engagement, and behavioural / cultural change.

ROLE SUMMARY: This role reports to the Director, Product-led People Transformation and operates in a highly cross-functional environment with product, engineering, operations and corporate function stakeholders. The Senior Manager, People Transformation shapes, owns and delivers people elements of LSEG’s customer-centric, product-led agenda. The role drives value through exceptional project management, stakeholder management, and a commitment to delivery excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Drive people transformation delivery for Product-led (end-to-end)
  • Own and deliver a set of people transformation outcomes that enable adoption of Product-led ways of working across in-scope areas, ensuring plans are practical, measurable, and delivered through to benefit realisation.
  • Role & team definition: enable cross-functional teaming and decisioning
  • Deliver key artefacts and facilitation to support cross-functional product team definition, clarifying capabilities and how they interact across the product lifecycle.
  • Product-led capability development and adoption
  • Partner with learning/capability owners to enable adoption through structured interventions and on-the-job application, aligned to product-led capability outcomes such as common language, shared definitions, and cultural/behavioural alignment - ultimately adopting our Product Lifecycle Management framework.
