Role Summary: This is a fixed term contract to provide compliance advisory and assurance services to regulated entities within LSEG's Data & Analytics division, focusing on frameworks such as SFI/ESG. Lead junior team members in delivering compliance support across business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on regulatory compliance for new products and initiatives, ensuring alignment with applicable requirements.
- Manage rulebooks, client queries, and market communications for supported entities.
- Conduct compliance monitoring and assurance activities, including fieldwork and reporting.
- Coordinate regulatory authorisation submissions for overseas jurisdictions.
- Design and implement compliance risk assessments aligned with group standards.
- Act as subject matter expert in specific regulatory areas or financial crime, staying current with developments.
- Serve as the primary liaison between regulated entities and their regulators.
- Lead and mentor junior compliance staff, overseeing recruitment, training, and quality assurance.
