Role PurposeThe Product Manager is responsible for the development and enhancement of optimisation products and workflows across Post Trade Solutions Optimisation.The successful candidate will help shape future product capabilities while supporting the continued growth and adoption of optimisation services across the market.Help define product vision, objectives, and business outcomes for new initiatives and enhancements.Ensure products continue to evolve in line with client demand, industry developments, and strategic objectives.Provide ongoing guidance and clarification throughout the development lifecycle.Support testing, validation, and release activities from a product and business perspective.Help maintain product documentation and user guidance of new products and enhancements.Support client onboarding, implementation, and adoption of new services and enhancements.Key Skills & ExperienceEssentialMinimum 5 years' experience in a product, business analysis, operations, client-facing, or related role within financial markets.Strong understanding of financial markets and post-trade processes.Understanding of margin, capital, and risk management concepts.Experience working with CCPs, exchanges, FCMs, asset managers, or market infrastructure providers.Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.Successful implementation of new product capabilities and enhancements.High quality requirements and product guidance resulting in successful delivery outcomes.ManagerLondon Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Information:Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
