LSEG has invested in implementing Oracle Cloud Financials (ERP, EPM and RMB) and connected technologies to both enable the full integration and standardisation of the legacy LSEG and Refinitiv businesses and to develop a blueprint for future organic and inorganic growth. The Group is now establishing global process ownership across all Finance operational activities (Quote to Cash, Record to Report, Plan to Perform, Source to Pay) and Master Data Management. This position and team will play a critical role in building, stabilising and optimising these group capabilities, working in close partnership with Finance Process Owners and Engineering. The role is accountable for maintaining the currency, resilience and regulatory readiness of Finance platforms, leveraging native and agentic AI to improve efficiency, insight, controls and decision support, while managing strategic relationships with vendor and partner organisations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Strategy & Product Ownership: Set and own the strategic direction for Finance platforms as Product Owner for Oracle ERP, EPM and connected data and reporting solutions across LSEG, with clear accountability for business outcomes and value realisation. Lead a high-performing Finance Platforms and Data team. Build a collaborative partnership with peers and leaders in the Engineering team, working as one team to ensure that delivery is executed to plan. Own prioritisation and investment decision processes across the Finance technology roadmap, balancing regulatory, operational, transformation and demands in partnership with Finance Leadership and Engineering.
  • Data, Controls & Resilience: Own and govern the Finance data model, establishing golden-source data and enterprise-wide governance in partnership with Master Data teams. Be accountable for value realisation, control environment and operational resilience of Finance platforms, driving standardisation, automation and straight-through processing across global Finance processes.
  • Delivery & Continuous Improvement: Lead the completion of the ERP implementation and connected reporting solutions across all LSEG entities, as a member of the Finance Transformation Leadership team. Drive continuous improvement of Finance platforms and data capabilities, leveraging Oracle enhancements and emerging technologies, including AI deployed in a controlled, explainable and regulator-ready manner. Develop collaborative partnerships with Finance and Business leaders, and Change teams, developing a strong foundation for successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Change & Enterprise Enablement: Own the evolution of the Finance and Enterprise Blueprint, enabling business change and organic and inorganic growth, including M&A integration. Maintain oversight of platform performance, setting and delivering KPIs.
