Overview
In this role you will own and evolve the Oracle EPM platform across Consolidation and Close, FP&A, and enterprise performance processes. You will partner with Finance, Transformation, Engineering, and external partners to drive stability, governance, adoption, and innovation. You will lead strategic finance transformation initiatives and ensure the EPM solution meets evolving business needs. Responsibilities
- Own the Oracle EPM platform strategy, roadmap, governance, and operations
- Partner with Finance Planning & Analysis teams and Finance Transformation initiatives
- Design, configure, and optimize Oracle EPM solutions for enterprise planning and performance management
- Drive adoption, automation, and standardisation of Oracle EPM capabilities
- Manage monthly release assessments, impact analysis, testing, and deployment
- Oversee application support, incident/problem management and service improvements
- Govern metadata, business rules, integrations, security models, and data governance
- Collaborate with Architecture and Data teams to define integration strategies
- Lead platform enhancement projects and Finance transformation programmes from concept to delivery
- Maintain robust controls for audit, compliance, risk management and SOX where applicable
- Manage relationships with Oracle, implementation partners, and support vendors
- Provide leadership and coaching to engineers, analysts, and support resources
Key requirements
- 12+ years delivering and supporting Oracle EPM solutions
- Deep expertise in PBCS/EPBCS and FCC
- Strong knowledge of EPCM; EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, Financial Reporting Studio, SmartView, Data Management
- Experience with Groovy rules, Calculation Manager, metadata structures, and planning models
- Integration experience using EPM Automate, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud
- Experience leading production support for planning cycles
- Strong project delivery, stakeholder management, and vendor governance
- Experience managing internal teams, third-party providers, and system integrators
