We are dedicated, open-access partners with a dedication to excellence in delivering the services our customers expect from us. With extensive experience, deep knowledge and worldwide presence across financial markets, we enable businesses and economies around the world to fund innovation, manage risk and create jobs.

People are at the heart of what we do and drive the success of our business. Our culture of connecting, creating opportunity and delivering excellence shape how we think, how we do things and how we help our people fulfil their potential. We embrace diversity and actively seek to attract individuals with unique backgrounds and perspectives.

LSEG Corporate Engineering builds Group-wide AI products and services that help colleagues find trusted knowledge, complete work and interact with enterprise systems more effectively. Reporting to the Head of AI and Data, you will own product strategy, roadmap prioritisation and value realisation for these AI products. You will work closely with engineering, architecture, security and business stakeholders, to balance customer outcomes, technical realities and enterprise governance.

This role is suited to someone who understands that successful enterprise AI depends on much more than models. Trusted knowledge, data, context, tooling, workflow integration, evaluations, governance and adoption all play a role in delivering products that create measurable value.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Deliver the strategy: Shape the product direction for AI capabilities that improve knowledge discovery, automation, operational efficiency and employee productivity across the organisation.
  • Define how reusable tools, skills and workflow integrations connect AI experiences to enterprise systems and data.
  • Set expectations for answer quality, retrieval, grounding, access controls, feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Keep the roadmap focused as demand grows across the organisation, creating clear narratives, decision papers and investment cases.
  • Monitor emerging products, technologies and delivery patterns, assessing where they can create differentiated value.

Partner across the organisation:

  • Engage with customer teams to define priorities, test demand, shape adoption and ensure AI products solve meaningful problems.
  • Work with engineering to ensure product direction is grounded in practical delivery patterns, production readiness and engineering reality.
  • Partner with architecture, cyber security, risk, governance and AI platform teams to make roadmaps practical, safe and deliverable.
  • Manage trade-offs across value, risk, cost, technical complexity, data readiness, entitlement constraints and time to market.
  • Manage demand, dependencies, adoption blockers, delivery risks and measurable value across the AI capability portfolio.
  • Sponsor R&D into emerging patterns for agentic workflows, context, tool use and AI-enabled business processes.

Lead the product function:

  • Lead and develop the AI product management team, establishing product practices and ways of working.
  • Establish and operate regular customer forums to test priorities, gather feedback, track adoption and keep the roadmap aligned to customer need and delivered value.
  • Represent the AI product portfolio with senior stakeholders, create confidence in delivery, controls and value realisation.

ABOUT YOU:

You are an experienced product leader who has built and scaled platforms, data products and AI-enabled capabilities in a complex enterprise environment. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, shaping strategy and turning broad business demand into clear product direction and deliverable outcomes.

You combine strong product judgement with sufficient technical depth to engage credibly with engineers, architects and AI specialists. You understand the trade-offs involved in building AI products that are secure, scalable, governed and adopted at enterprise scale.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Experience delivering products involving enterprise knowledge, workflow automation, AI-enabled decision support or large-scale data platforms.
  • Good judgement on product scope, sequencing, adoption and trade-offs.
  • Ability to turn unclear demand into focused product direction.
  • Clear communication with senior stakeholders, technical teams and control functions.
  • Experience in regulated, governed or operationally complex environments.

HOW WE WORK:

  • We focus on useful outcomes. AI must solve real problems and create measurable value.
  • We build for teams, and with teams. We reuse where possible.
  • We learn through delivery. We test ideas early, measure outcomes and adapt quickly based on evidence.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:

AI is now a core part of how products are built, how knowledge is used and how work gets done. LSEG is investing in a set of AI capabilities and products that let teams move faster while maintaining the standards required of a global financial markets organisation.

This role will define how those capabilities evolve, where investment is focused and how value is realised across the organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the long-term direction of enterprise AI within LSEG.
