As a graduate, you will join one of our flagship trading services – London Stock Exchange, LSEG FX, Tradeweb, Turquoise – or LCH our global leading multi-asset clearing houses. Success graduates will join LSEG’s Markets division on the rotational programme. We help customers across the trade life cycle, ensuring compliance and efficiency in clearing and reporting obligations, while granting access to diverse liquidity pools across various asset classes, fostering growth for customers, communities, and economies worldwide.

The dynamic nature of the division means grads will join a fast-paced environment where instant reaction and long-term vision are equally important. This graduate programme brings together our Capital Markets and Post Trade businesses to offer a comprehensive suite of solutions.

As a graduate you can expect exposure/rotations across:

  • Solve problems for our FX customers! We understand their business goals, maintain relationships with existing customers, keep them informed and deal with post sale activity.
  • Research analysis into global markets which could have a focus on debt listings, valuations, and shareholder and geographic analysis.
  • Delivery of business intelligence, strategic initiatives, and operational improvements.
  • Risk teams, which involves monitoring and analysing risks, and interpreting data in readiness for the delivery of risk projects or reporting.

Joining as a graduate will allow you to be an individual contributor, assist the product lifecycle, and work as a team to develop specialist skills. To allow us to place you in the right area, during the recruitment process we will get to know your skills and interest and how they align with the needs of the business.

To be eligible you must be a graduate who has completed your studies in 2026 or a final year undergraduate or Master’s student and have completed all the requirements of your course before September 2027.

  • Divisional-led inductions to immerse graduates into the business through team-led overviews and introductions.
  • Participate in group projects which are aligned to LSEG goals.
  • Meet in person with your cohort at ‘Ignite’, the programme mid-point skills offsite. Explore key knowledge areas and skills.
  • Access opportunities to earn industry recognised qualifications, including 5 study days during the programme.
  • Connect with global early careers community and opportunities and contribute to wider society via CSR initiatives and volunteering opportunities.
