We are seeking a Solutions Architect to lead a diverse portfolio of initiatives across the FTSE Russell Index platform estate, including operational risk remediation, regulatory compliance, resiliency improvements, and platform modernization. You will balance run and change, ensuring stability of critical platforms while enabling transformation aligned to business and risk priorities. Product Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product teams to shape solutions that balance business value, scope, cost, and timelines, while maintaining high standards of quality and technical integrity. Partner with Operations to ensure platforms are scalable, resilient, and operationally efficient, embedding operational excellence, risk awareness, and supportability into all solutions. Proactively identify risks, anticipate delivery challenges, and mobilize the right teams and approaches to resolve them. Lead architecture for risk, regulatory, and resilience-driven initiatives. Act as a hands-on technical leader—review designs, support implementation, and build PoCs. Drive data-intensive and calculation-heavy system design, including ETL and processing pipelines. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
