Are you ready to lead the charge in building scalable, secure, and resilient platforms that power global LSEG Risk Intelligence products? We\’re looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive innovation, mentor engineers, and shape the future of our cloud-native infrastructure.

What You\’ll Lead & Deliver

As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you\’ll be a hands-on technical leader, guiding the design and implementation of modern DevOps and platform engineering practices:

o Automate full-stack infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, and GitOps workflows.

o Lead the design of CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI or Jenkins to enable fast, secure, and reliable software delivery.

o Champion Kubernetes-based platforms using Amazon EKS and Istio Service Mesh to build scalable, service-oriented architectures.

o Drive observability and reliability engineering through proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies.

o Mentor and guide DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence.

o Collaborate cross-functionally with development, security, and product teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business goals.

o Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance platform capabilities and developer experience.

Your Tech Arsenal

We\’re looking for someone with deep expertise in:

o Cloud platforms: AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, VPC, CloudFront, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.)

o Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation

o Container orchestration: Kubernetes (EKS), Istio Service Mesh

o CI/CD tooling: GitLab CI, Jenkins, Bitbucket

o Scripting & automation: Bash/Shell, Python

o Security best practices: IAM, KMS, encryption in transit/at rest, DevSecOps

o Monitoring & observability: Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar

o Agile & DevOps culture: GitOps, SRE principles, Agile methodologies

o 6+ years in DevOps or platform engineering, with experience in a technical lead role.

o Proven experience designing and operating cloud-native platforms at scale.

o Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams.

o Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
