London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Associate in Incident Management for a fixed-term 12-month role within the Regulatory Framework, Governance & Risk Team. The role will oversee incident management and client complaints across FTSE Russell activities, reporting to the Head of Incident Management and Operational Resilience.

You will lead cross-functional incident resolution, conduct root cause analyses, track remediation actions, and support regulator requests.
