  • Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
  • Responsible for a global or multi‑country account and grows revenue through development of outstanding strategic service and partnership programs.
  • Develops and implements strategic growth plans to increase adoption and penetration of Group Products and Services for assigned accounts, and handles account relationships to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Develops, grows and maintains both internal and external relationships with key decision makers, or potential influencers including senior level executives.
  • Initiates, supports and discusses opportunities with a long sales cycle (quarters).
  • Seeks opportunities to expand adoption of innovative, coordinated, tailored solutions involving people from across the business.
  • Works cross‑functionally to ensure full value is delivered and improved by presenting a ‘one LSEG’ approach.
  • Conducts research and engagement to gain understanding of the strategy and business drivers of the client, and to develop and implement strategies to better align LSEG Group with the client’s business.
  • Reports to executives on account health through accurate forecasting and account plans, and works with the LSEG Senior Management Team to develop and maintain high level strategic relationships within the named client.
  • Holds responsibility for the performance of the Relationship Management team(s).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience of global relationship management within large financial services, fintech or investment markets.
  • Extensive experience within an industry and / or product areas.
