Our Digital and Securities Markets Business is focused on building a funding continuum for companies to access across all stages of their lifecycle. A big part of this work is expanding awareness of our Private Markets offering. The Marketing Manager will work hand in hand with the marketing team and the business on all areas of the marketing mix including events, partnerships, content, channel strategy, amplification and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to promote key initiatives, products, and services, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the business and CAM to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful campaign delivery.
- Ideate and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and commercial outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including content creation, stakeholder approvals, media planning, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
- Champion innovation and thought leadership, identifying new opportunities to elevate the London Stock Exchange's brand presence and influence within the global financial community.
- Share best practice across the business and CAM.
Technical Skills:
- Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on your findings.
- Conversant and/or willing to learn Adobe Suite, Workfront, Eloqua, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, MS Office, SalesForce.
- Experience using AI applications in their day-to-day work.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance or related fields.
- 5+ years experience in a B2B environment.
- Experience working in a Fintech and/or with Product teams.
- Experience launching new products and building a go-to-market strategy.
- Demonstrated experience influencing both business and marketing partners.
Personal Skills:
- Excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities, and be able to independently meet project goals.
- Solution oriented and ability to navigate ambiguity when developing marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable writing copy for social media and email communications.
- Interest in capital markets and how the London Stock Exchange contributes to the financial ecosystem.
- Self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit and an international approach that always puts the member and the client at the centre of the experience.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy and initiative.
- High levels of resilience and self-motivation.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing dynamics.
