**Role Summary:** This role is part of a global People Engineering team dedicated to delivering a seamless network of systems that empower users to be self-sufficient.
You will support day-to-day people systems for both Workday and broader recruitment technology.
The position requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and a passion for optimising people processes through technology.
**Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:** Collaborate with functional experts to produce formal configuration requirements documentation.
Configure Workday solutions to meet business requirements, following the standard software development lifecycle.
Facilitate discovery workshops for project requirements gathering.
Manage multiple stakeholders and demonstrate strong project management skills.To successfully deliver technology solutions, it is essential to partner closely with People Function stakeholders (typically global process owners) and at times with stakeholders outside of the People Function.
This collaboration ensures alignment across strategic priorities, operational requirements, and governance standards, enabling seamless integration and value-driven outcomes.Technical /Professional Skills & Competencies: **Essential Skills:** 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday, including at least 2 years in a supporting role.
Experience must be in Workday Talent Acquisition, however experience in at least one other area required (ideally HCM, Absence, or Talent & Performance).
Experience with Workday Extend/Web Development.
Prior experience managing relationships with Workday and third-party TA systems.
Experience with Workday releases and change management processes.
Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships.
**Desired Skills:** Experience with Workday Recruiting partner technologies (e.g., Textio, Rooster, Beamery).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Asana or ServiceNow.
Ability to manage own projects through all stages.
