ROLE SUMMARY: The Business Operations Associate will support the successful delivery of business operations, planning activities and strategic priorities across the Engineering function. Working closely with engineering stakeholders, the role will help drive effective communication, operational excellence and team effectiveness through coordination, reporting, planning and engagement activities, while contributing to the successful delivery of key initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Supports daily operational activities across the Engineering function to help deliver strategic objectives.
- Supports the coordination of timelines, templates, submissions and results for key business processes and project outcomes.
- Gathers meeting notes, tracks actions and follows up with colleagues to ensure agreed activities are completed.
- Assists in the preparation of presentations, briefing materials, reports and communications for leadership and broader team audiences.
- Supports the collection, analysis and reporting of operational metrics and management information.
- Maintains documentation, process guides and team artefacts to support effective knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
- Supports planning and logistics for team meetings, events, offsites and engagement activities.
- Assists with purchasing, vendor management and administrative business processes where required.
- Finds opportunities to improve processes and team effectiveness and supports implementation of improvements.
- Builds relationships across technology teams to support collaboration and delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
