The purpose of the role
As a Conduct Investigator, you’ll lead investigations into potential conduct breaches, including our Code of Conduct, policies and values. You’ll play a critical role in safeguarding trust across our organisation, ensuring every case is handled with fairness, discretion, and professionalism.
Experience in conduct investigations, with an audit, compliance, or regulatory enforcement background. Strong knowledge of regulatory conduct frameworks and investigative practices. Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with relevant stakeholders globally. Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple cases under pressure.
Qualifications
Equivalent experience or a degree in Law, Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, or similar is preferable.
