EquityClear and Collateral & Liquidity Management (CaLM) role focuses on operational effectiveness, process optimisation, financial performance and insight‑led decision‑making within LSEG.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce, maintain and continuously improve high‑quality reporting materials (monthly summaries, board papers, financial analyses, executive briefs) for decision‑making and division/CCP initiatives.
  • Deliver consistent, insightful reporting and provide clear financial analysis while supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles.
  • Lead improvements in reporting workflows, utilising Snowflake and cloud data storage.
  • Support daily operations by consolidating management information, integrating datasets, and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Shape and run the operating rhythm, coordinating senior management meetings and aligning content across functions.
  • Facilitate effective teamwork across CEO office, Product, Sales, Finance, Operations and Engineering, defining responsibilities and managing dependencies.
  • Maintain strong financial and operational controls through reliable reconciliation routines and disciplined oversight.
  • Coordinate governance reporting cycles, ensuring timely accurate submissions to senior forums.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong ability to influence and support colleagues across teams without formal management responsibility.
  • Self‑starting, innovative approach prioritising operational efficiency and business effectiveness.
  • Experience in process design and optimisation.
  • Skilled in data analysis, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Excel with large complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication, prioritisation and coordination, building trusting relationships.
  • Experience in similar business management/analytical role, preferably within Financial Services.
  • Strong people management skills, confidence to challenge constructively.
  • Knowledge of AI capabilities for process automation and self‑service user insights.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles for budgeting and financial planning.
  • Strong organisation and facilitation skills, comfortable in fast‑paced matrix environment.
