London Stadium is looking for a Planning and Staffing Manager to join the Safety team and support with the safety planning, staffing and delivery for all allocated events at London Stadium.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and delivery of event staffing and operational readiness for allocated football and alternative events at London Stadium.
- Ensure that all events are appropriately resourced, compliant with the stadium’s Safety Certificate and Event Safety Management Plans, and delivered safely through effective rostering, deployment planning, and cross-functional coordination.
- Manage multiple events within a rostered environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of event staffing and operational planning expertise with organisational and rostering skills.
