About The Role & Team

The Project Management Office Analyst will support senior leadership in executing strategy, delivering transformation initiatives and driving sustainable improvements to our core business through effective risk management. The role is office‑based at our Head Office in Uxbridge.

Transformation and Project Management

  • Perform a project management function of the overall strategic programme initiatives of the London Square Group.
  • Maintain the transformation map and align with the strategic plan.
  • Monitor progress of all transformation initiatives and produce progress reports within the required timelines.
  • Analyse and present information effectively.

Operating Model

  • Maintain the operating model of the organisation and ensure it is reflective of the latest operational structure.
  • Support the development of systems, processes and templates, including process mapping.
  • Draft all processes and procedures of the organisation.
  • Publish the operating model and processes and procedures on the London Square depository.
  • Ensure continuous alignment of the operating model and the company’s policies.

Risk Reporting

  • Responsible for collecting, analysing and reporting key risk data to support effective governance and decision‑making.
  • Develop and maintain risk dashboards, key risk indicators (KRIs) and assurance reports for senior management and the Board.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of risk information and contribute to continuous improvement of the organisation’s risk reporting framework, processes and controls.

General Admin

  • Maintain up‑to‑date folders and ensure thorough filing of all related documentation, logs/trackers and registers.
  • Schedule and manage progress meetings, prepare agendas and papers, create meeting packs when required, write and circulate minutes.
  • Facilitate meetings.
  • Ensure timely follow‑up on outstanding actions.
