The Investment & Partnerships Manager will support the Investment Director and Partnerships Director in managing external relationships, leading technical/development information flows, and driving transaction coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • External Relationships & Stakeholder Coordination
    • Maintain and update stakeholder and CRM databases (e.g. Pipedrive); coordinate relationship ownership, tiers and contact updates.
    • Support investor, lender and partner engagement by tracking actions, preparing follow‑ups, and ensuring materials are sent promptly.
    • Prepare concise briefing notes and meeting packs for external conversations.
  • Technical & Development Information Flow
    • Coordinate technical input across teams and ensure information is shared accurately and on time.
    • Track technical queries, ensure responses are captured and escalated when needed.
    • Manage ongoing information flows and reporting.
  • Transaction & Dataroom Management
    • Maintain organised datarooms; resolve access issues and ensure clean, accurate document sets for partners and investors.
    • Assist Directors in coordinating inputs needed for HOTs, due diligence, and negotiation workstreams.
    • Monitor deliverables across legal, commercial, technical and finance streams to keep transactions moving.
  • Internal Coordination & Governance
    • Support the senior team by maintaining shared trackers, deadlines, meeting actions and project summaries to keep workstreams aligned.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong real estate development understanding, including development, technical, and financial.
  • Experience managing information flows across multiple teams and external partners.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confident communicator able to deal with investors, HA’s, JV partners, consultants, and senior internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive, structured and solutions‑oriented.
  • Comfortable operating across technical and commercial disciplines.
  • Able to bring order, clarity and momentum to complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
