About The Role & Team
The Digital Content Coordinator will oversee and coordinate digital content across social media, website and other online marketing channels. This role is focused on planning, alignment and approval of content, ensuring all digital communications are consistent, on brand and aligned with commercial objectives. The role sits between Digital Marketing and Marketing Manager roles and the right candidate is expected to have both creative (social media video & copywriting, basic design knowledge) and technical capabilities (social media platform knowledge, SEO understanding).
Key Responsibilities
- With agency support, co‑develop and coordinate the digital content calendar across social media, website, email marketing and property listing platforms.
- Coordinate with internal marketing teams, digital managers and senior management teams to align content with campaigns, launches and occupancy priorities.
- Brief and approve content created by external agencies and creative partners, providing clear direction, brand guidelines and key messages.
- Review and approve agency‑produced content to ensure accuracy, compliance and brand consistency.
- Oversee website content updates, ensuring property information, imagery and messaging remain accurate and up to date.
- Ensure content reflects brand positioning, tenant mix and community engagement objectives.
- Review performance reporting provided by agencies and digital teams, identifying opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
- Maintain clear governance processes for digital content approvals and workflow management.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in digital content coordination, marketing management or property marketing.
- Experience working within a property owner, operator or managing agent environment desirable.
- Strong content planning and coordination capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Experience briefing and managing external agencies.
- Sound understanding of social media, website management, SEO and wider digital marketing channels.
- High attention to detail with strong brand governance awareness.
- Ability to interpret performance data and reporting.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple assets and competing priorities.
