About the Role & Team

As a key member of the Technical South team, you will manage and maintain the project information system, ensuring that data is up‑to‑date and reaches the appropriate project personnel throughout the build life. The role is based at London Square’s head office in Uxbridge with occasional travel to site projects in Central London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain EDMS, arranging the sharing of site information.
  • Support users and provide quality control for shared information.
  • Act as the point of contact for external consultants and subcontractors regarding training, problem‑solving and information queries.
  • Initial set‑up and ongoing system support, including adding users and organisations.
  • Provide occasional ad‑hoc reporting and administration using EDMS, Excel and other software solutions.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Relevant document control experience.
  • Track record of managing information for projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience using File View or Asite is beneficial.
  • Developer experience preferred but not essential.
  • Experience of using Excel, SharePoint and good IT literacy.
  • Good communication skills and a can‑do attitude.
