About the Role & Team
The International Sales Operations Manager plays a key role in leading sales operations by improving communication, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day business activities across the sales function. This position is responsible for helping the sales team operate efficiently, supporting internal coordination, and driving productivity across the wider team. The role focuses on enhancing operational performance, maintaining effective workflows, and providing the structure needed for sales teams to succeed in fast‑paced environments. A key objective of the position is to support revenue growth by increasing sales conversion rates and expanding opportunities within international markets through strong coordination, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve communication between sales teams, management, and internal departments to enhance collaboration and response times.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and service standards.
- Provide administrative and project support to the sales leadership team when required.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales rates and improve overall team productivity.
- Attend meetings with international sales teams and key stakeholders to support alignment, communication, and collaboration across regions.
- Coordinate international meeting schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring efficient planning and attendance.
