This is a sales role working as part of a sales team direct selling our developments across all our Square Roots developments, specifically Square Roots Hawk’s Road in Kingston. As a key member of the sales team, the Sales Executive will be instrumental in driving sales, with a primary focus on generating and nurturing leads from various sources. The Sales Executive will identify potential opportunities, engage in targeted sales efforts, and guide buyers through the shared ownership process. They will play a key role in ensuring that our developments achieve sales targets through proactive pipeline building and effective customer engagement.

About you

  • Proven track record in a sales role within the residential property market or real estate sector, ideally affordable housing and shared ownership specifically.
  • Strong track record of generating and managing a personal sales pipeline, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective buyers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and a good understanding of digital sales and marketing tools.
  • Self‑Motivated: Ability to independently generate leads and take proactive steps to build a successful pipeline.
  • Customer‑Centric: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing a positive buying experience.
  • Results‑Driven: Focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to conduct market research and analyse trends to inform sales strategies.
