London Sperm Bank, part of JD Healthcare, is one of the UK’s leading providers of donor sperm, supporting individuals and couples on their fertility journey. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Enquiries Lead to support day-to-day marketing activity and enquiry management across donor and patient services. This is a hands-on role combining marketing delivery, CRM management, and direct engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of digital marketing campaigns (social, email, website updates)
- Manage enquiries and leads within CRM, ensuring accurate tracking, follow-up, and progression
- Respond to donor and patient enquiries with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
- Support conversion from initial enquiry through to appointment booking or onboarding
- Monitor enquiry volumes, campaign performance, and conversion metrics
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer care teams to improve the enquiry journey
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, lead quality, and overall performance
About You
- Experience in a marketing, customer service, or administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and managing data accurately
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable handling sensitive topics with professionalism and empathy
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, etc.)
- Proactive, self-motivated, and confident taking ownership of tasks and targets
- Experience in healthcare, fertility, or regulated environments (desirable)
