Communication & Voice Coach

We are currently looking for four talented and experienced voice and communication coaches to join our team.

London Speech Workshop is a world-class communication coaching company. Founded in 2008, we have coached hundreds of professionals globally to be the best communicators they can be. We are hugely purpose led and use our proprietary Serlin Method® to do good in the world, helping to bring more authenticity, respect, kindness and empowerment to the workplace and peoples lives. We have a team of 16 coaches and are currently looking for up to four more coaches to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years communication coaching experience, a background in voice or communication or performing, be highly emotionally intelligent, have a good ear, excellent communication skills and a warm and friendly manner. They will be passionate about communication and helping others grow and develop. Ideally an MA in voice studies or similar. We expect to train coaches in Accent Softening and Effective Communication so experience in both is preferred.

• You will be part of our supportive team of talented coaches. We have regular socials, meet ups and additional training.
• We have a monthly coaches meeting where coaches share their green lights and opportunities (challenges) and receive support and acknowledgement from everyone else. Community is Key!
• Stable and consistent work – you make chunks of time available weekly for us and we fill it up with clients. Our coaches love the stability it provides in an otherwise less dependable industry.
• Hybrid and flexible working from home and one of our boutique London offices (if you are within commuting distance)
• You will be supported by our amazing back office team, who smooth out issues, coordinate with clients and make things happen efficiently.
• Finally, you are trained in the Serlin Method™ – a proven and highly effective method which our coaches love for it’s simplicity, underlying passion and how it truly helps our clients.

Details

• Coaches need to be available for training in July
• Coaches need to have at least 16+ hours a week available
• Training will take 30+ hours over four to six weeks.
• Looking for London based coaches with evening and weekend availability
• The rates of pay are highly competitive and will be discussed in interview.
