About The Role
Our Passenger Experience Assistants play a pivotal role in the day to day operating and presentation of our airport, as one of the first faces our passengers see they are responsible for ensuring the exemplary standard of service our passengers have grown to expect, and enjoy, are consistently met.
I will attend to the needs and requests of all passengers.
I will perform deep cleans of the terminal and aircrafts.
I will be responsible for the waste management of the airport.
I will be responsible for managing the Legionella Risk following the regime set by my line manager.
I will be responsible for COSHH control.
I will provide assistance to passengers that are vulnerable and may have reduced mobility or hidden disabilities.
I will assist our Food & Beverage and Retail outlets throughout the terminal.
I will fully embody the Airports ‘One Team’ culture and understand that there may be times when I am required to undertake other activities to support the needs of the business.
I understand that the Airport is in operation 24/7 so I may be scheduled and expected to work any shift during operating hours, this will include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

I am a strong communicator. I can work effectively on my own and as part of a team. I have customer service experience and always strive to deliver the highest standards.
