About the Role
Our Food and Beverage department are a key part in providing our passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our F&B Assistant Managers are responsible for the day to day running of the premium lounges, Café’s, Bars, and Restaurants across the terminal. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and managing the F&B Team, including training, conducting appraisals, and colleague development.
- Responsible for the rostering of the F&B Team.
- Managing the F&B Profit and Loss.
- Responsible for stock control across the services.
- Embodying the Airports ‘One Team’ culture and supporting the needs of the business.
The Airport operates 24/7, so you may be scheduled to work any shift during operating hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
To undertake this role, you need the following skills:
- Supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
- Level 2 in Food Hygiene and Health & Safety.
- Detailed understanding of both Front of House (Restaurant, Bar, and Cafe) and Back of House (Kitchen) operations.
- Experience of working to KPIs and within budgets.
