About The Role
Our Dispatch Team play a crucial part in supporting the airport to thrive and operate seamlessly. As a Dispatch Agent at LSA you will be responsible for conducting the turnaround of the aircraft, with each department involved to ensure a smooth and on time departure for our passengers.
Responsibilities:
- I will be responsible for coordinating the turnaround of the aircraft from their pre-arrival all the way through to their post-departure.
- I will be responsible for ensuring that all services are in place for an on-time departure.
- I will be responsible for maintaining compliance with each airline's weight and balance regulations.
- In the instance of a delay, I will be responsible for detailing the delay report to all relevant authorities.
- I will perform various paperwork and administrative duties.
- I will work with my team and my colleagues from other departments to meet our goal of providing our passengers with a positive journey through our airport.
- I will be working outside in all weather conditions.
- I will fully embody the Airports âOne Teamâ culture and understand that there may be times when I am required to undertake other activities to support the needs of the business.
- I understand that the Airport is in operation 24/7 so I may be scheduled and expected to work any shift during operating hours, this will include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
