About The Role

Our Food and Beverage department are a key part in providing our passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our Delivery Assistants ensure that all deliveries are transported through the airport keeping our premium lounges, bars, cafés and restaurants fully stocked. We are currently recruiting for 6 hours per week and 8 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• I will accept the deliveries of all F&B items.
• I will inspect the deliveries ensuring any damages are reported.
• I will transport the delivery throughout the airport.
• I will pack the deliveries away into the storeroom.
• I understand that this role will include working outside in all weather conditions.
• I will fully embody the Airports ‘One Team’ culture and understand that there may be times when I am required to undertake other activities to support the needs of the business.
• I understand that the Airport is in operation 24/7 so I may be scheduled and expected to work any shift during operating hours, this will include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

There are just a handful of skills you need in order to undertake this role, everything else we can teach you. If you can answer yes to all of the below requirements you have the required skills:

• Strong communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience of manual handling preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
