About the Role
As an F&B Team Member, I excel at working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Whether I serve a coffee in the Café, create a relaxing experience in our Lounge, or keep the atmosphere buzzing in our Pub, I take pride in making every journey better for our passengers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service
- Prepare and serve food & drinks to a high standard
- Perform routine and deep cleans of the Café, Lounge, and Pub
- Communicate effectively with Front of House and Back of House teams to support smooth service
- Embark on Airport 'One Team' culture and take on other activities when required
- Work early mornings, including 3am starts, as the Airport operates 24/7
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Passion for hospitality
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in Food & Beverage is advantageous but not essential
