About the role
As F&B Team Member, I excel at working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Whether I am serving a coffee in the Café, creating a relaxing experience in our Lounge, or keeping the atmosphere buzzing in our Pub, I take pride in making every journey better for our passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
- I will deliver excellent service.
- I will be responsible for preparing and serving food & drinks to a high standard.
- I will be responsible for routine and deep cleans of our Café, Lounge, and Pub.
- I will effectively communicate with both the Front of House and Back of House teams to support a smooth service.
- I will fully embody the Airports ‘One Team’ culture and understand that there may be times when I am required to undertake other activities to support the needs of the business.
- I understand that the Airport is in operation 24/7 and this role will require me to work early mornings, which include 3am starts.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
There are just a handful of skills you need in order to undertake this role, everything else we can teach you. If you can answer yes to all of the below requirements, you have the required skills:
- I have a passion for hospitality.
- I have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- I have the ability to work effectively both on my own and as part of a team.
- Although not essential, experience in Food & Beverage would be advantageous.
