Passenger Experience Assistant – 14hrs per week – FTC expiring 31st October 2026

About the role
Passenger Experience Assistants are the first point of contact for passengers, responsible for ensuring a high standard of service and presentation at the airport.
- Attend to the needs and requests of all passengers.
- Check passengers and baggage in at check‑in desks.
- Support boarding at departure gates.
- Provide assistance to passengers with reduced mobility.
- Cover duties in Food & Beverage and Retail outlets.
- Assist cleaning team to maintain high standards of presentation.
- Assist passengers and customers within Surface Access facilities.
- Embodies the Airports “One Team” culture, ready to undertake other activities as required.
- Will work any shift during operating hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We are looking for candidates with:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service experience with a commitment to high standards.

Compensation
£13.10 per hour (London Southend Airport)
